Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for most products upon request. These third-party lab reports verify the purity and composition of the materials. Please note that COAs are provided for informational purposes only and do not represent medical approval or guarantees.

We only provide documentation that reflects current, in-stock batches.
As inventory turns over, previous batch COAs are archived to avoid confusion.
